Being one of the first coffee blends in the world,
Mocha Java came from the mixing of Java coffee
from Indonesia and “Mokha” coffee from Yemen.
This blend was created when trading ships passed
to and from each country which eventually resulted
in the blending of the two.
Our Mocha Java coffee is an exceptional blend of
coffees that have a sweet, round-toned aroma and
distinct cherry fruit and aromatic wood notes.
Intense and complex in the cup, the cherry tones
deepen and sweeten to dessert wine complexity with
complicating suggestions of dark chocolate, herb, and
flowers.
The chocolate carries into a long, dry finish with
continued hints of wood and Mediterranean herbs.
