Process: Gully washed and dried in the sun and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process.
Peruvian "Tres Cumbres" coffee is grown in the Chanchamayo region at the highest ranges
of the South American Andes and the Amazon River basin.  
It produces a complex full bodied coffee with floral, smoky overtones, a gentle acidity and
a clean, bright aromatic finish.
